Aqua Viva is within a 15-minute walk of Tulum ADO Bus Station is just over half a mile away, and the nearest beaches are 5 miles away. The hotel has an ideal location for exploring the magical Mayan city of Tulum with its ruins being the third most-visited archaeological site in Mexico. The very famous Chichen Itza and Palenque are also within a driving distance.

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your place.
Full payment for all service is due one week prior to Journey start date.
For cancellations received 30 days or earlier from start date of Journey,
we refund all but the $650 non-refundable deposit.
There is no refund for cancellations made within 15 days of start date.
Because our prepayments are not refundable other than under the circumstances listed here within, our cancellation policy must be firm .
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum.
